Ring... no Ring.... Ring?
Just thought i'd hang my hat out there as one burned by sunrocket. The VOIP Company has closed it's doors as of this week.
After Reading lots of different things, it looks like teleblend and packet8 are going to be taking over sunrocket's business. As of today, it seems like i am able to get back into my Sunrocket account management page and setup forwarding on my phone. I have also started the ball rolling on using teleblend, as they are letting sunrocket customers in for 12.95 a month. It looks like teleblend is a startup division of Unified communication corp. While i don't know if i will be sticking with them for the long haul-- i think this is my best chance at retaining my phone numbers for now.
post a comment if you have any suggestions or are in the same boat.

I have sunrocket too, and i'm a lil upset that sunrocket has gone under....urgh.
I found the 8x8/packet8 website, packet8.net, but I have been unable to find the website for teleblend? would you happen to know where I find more information on teleblend's packages?

I switched to SunRocket just 4 months back. I am not at all impressed with their voice quality and customer services. I received their email stating about their abrupt shut down. Though they pointed their former customers like to sign up with Packet8 and TeleBlend, I have decided to sign up with Lingo because of their attractive calling plans for the business users like me.
Check out www.myteleblend.net for information on their service... mine has been pretty good.. a few outages but they are still in startup mode,so if you can forgive that the 12.95 a month is definetly a bonus.
